MARKETING ASSISTANT
Salary: R18 638.23- R24531.45 per month plus benefits
 
 
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide marketing and administrative support to the organization through marketing, branded collateral and advertising mechanisms. Utilize communication channels to improve and promote the organizational reputation.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs and procure marketing and promotional branded materials, Advertise and keep record of material published, Implement and maintain a record keeping system
Create and maintain marketing and advertising activity calendar/ plan manage the organizational information portal (website, company info email and social media)
Production and layout of Newsletter
Liaise with relevant stakeholders on marketing related activities
Manage, coordinate and facilitate promotions, exhibitions and trade fairs
Compile and submit reports
Conduct campaigns with the purpose of interacting with communities within the COJ regions
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication / Graphic Design/National Diploma / NQF level 7; 3 Years relevant experience
 
REQUIREMENTS:
To at all times be professionally attired and to behave in a professional manner
To provide support as, when and where required to the Marketing Department or to any other group in the company re marketing matters
