DRIVER FORKLIFT X2
Salary: R 10 553.68 per month basic plus benefits
 
JOB PURPOSE
Under general supervision, operate a forklift.
 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate a forklift for the movement of pallets and produce, perform routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking oil, water and tires, ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and suppliers, promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices, load, lift and move articles on pallets, pallets from trading agents to distribution center, load trucks with pallets and packed produce, stock splitting for customers, drive defensively and handle hazardous road conditions, calculate and estimate the weight of loads with load limits, change heavy tires and clean, maintain vehicles, clean also maintain forklift. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications
Grade 9 NQF level 1
Forklift driver's license
6 months relevant experience
