Ithala Development Finance Corporation limited, on behalf of KZN Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA), is inviting applications for the following position: 
 
The Graduate Administrator will execute the following functions: 
  • Screen and upload applications for Zimele Traders Fund Loans and Grand Relief Fund. 
  • Administer the Zimele Traders Fund, including application process from EDTEA. 
  • Administer the grant application process on behalf of committees. 
  • Manage daily schedule including planning of workload to meet deadlines. 
  • Handle the customer (township and rural shop owners) enquires and advise/guide potential applicants. 
  • Interact with the Local Economic Development Officers to ensure that the programme reaches every corner of the province. 
  • Prepare and submit daily application reports. 
  • Receive orders from Shop Owners who are bulk buying. 
  • Facilitate the distribution of orders to Township and Rural Shops. 
  • Be involved in the bulk buying programme which deals with Rural and Township Shops. 
 
The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered: 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Commerce/Economics/Administration or Equivalent. 
 
Experience:
  • No work experience required 
 
Requisite Functional Competencies: 
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Package
