The IDT is mandated to measurably impact on the eradication of poverty and to improve the quality of life of poor, rural and marginalised communities. PURPOSE :To support all Line Mangers in achieving their objectives by managing the provision of HR Management Information, in line with the scope of the respective Business Plans 
 
REPORTING : SENIOR MANAGER: ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT AND HR PLANNING 
 
REQUIREMENT: Formal Qualification: Degree, preferably in Human Resources or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years project management related working experience within the HR / IT environment. Proven IT system experience is essential. Competencies: Demonstrated understanding of HR systems, procedures, policies and processes. In-depth knowledge of organizational design principles, and willingness and ability to consider and incorporate alternative approaches. Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural norms and impacts on aspects of organizational design and human capital management. Demonstrated knowledge of traditional and emerging organizational design theories, best practices, and lessons learned from translation of theory to practice. People and Project Management.
