DURATION : 5 YEAR CONTRACT 
PORTFOLIO : CSU 
PURPOSE : To provide HR services to Line management ensuring that they have the human capacity and capability to achieve units objectives. 
REPORTING : GENERAL MANAGER: HUMAN RESOURCE 
 
REQUIREMENTS :Formal Qualification: A Bachelors Degree preferably in Social Sciences or related fields. Work Experience: Minimum 7 years HR experience of which 2 was at management level. Competencies: HR Management, HR Policies, Human Behaviour, HR Products and Services, Business Management Principles, Business Planning, People Development, Budget Management, Organisational objectives, Strategic HR Management, Cross-Functional Team management, Organisation Development and Statutory Requirements (EE, LRA, etc.). Skills: Conceptual Ability, Team Building Skills, Presentation Skills, Facilitation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Decision Making Skills, Communication Skills, Problem solving Skills, Conflict Management Skills, Relationships Management Skills and Negotiation Skills. 
 
KEY PERFORMACE AREAS: Manages HR Operations, Remuneration, Develops Human Resources Management (HRM) Plans, Manage HR Administration, Develops recruitment strategy, Manage Human Resources Consultants.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE EXECUTIVE HEAD: CSU
JOB LEVEL: CL

PURPOSE: Provide administrative and office operations support to the Executive Head and to ensure efficient running of the Executive Head’s Office.
REPORTING: Executive Head CSU
 
REQUIREMENTS: Matric Plus National Diploma/ Secretarial Studies or Office Admin
A minimum of 3 to 5 years Admin / secretarial experience in Development / Private Sector / Executive Office. 
Competencies: Diary Management; Administration Management; File Management; Documents Management; Office Administration; Mail Management and Event Management. 
Skills: Administrative Skills; Filing Skills; Computer Skills; Interpersonal Skills; Communication Skills; Data Capturing Skills; Typing Skills; Co-ordination Skills; Telephone Etiquette; Organising Skills; Secretarial Skills and Query Handling Skills.
 
DUTIES : Co-ordinate and monitor budget, Perform administrative and general secretarial duties; Prepare reports and coordinate events; Develop filing system and Co-ordinate Diary and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders.

ADMIN ASSISSTANT

PURPOSE : To provide administrative support to the Office of the CEO Unit.
REPORTING : SENIOR MANAGER: OCEO
