We are responsible for delivering social infrastructure and social development programme management services on behalf of government. The social infrastructure programmes we deliver include public schools, clinics, community centres, government offices and these are predominantly in rural communities in the nine provinces of South Africa.

PURPOSE : To provide administrative and functional support to the Senior Manager Risk Management in the performance of compliance related to legislation, policies and internal processes and procedures, Anti-Fraud and Corruption matters and Integrity Management (Ethics).
REPORTING : SENIOR MANAGER RISK AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
 
REQUIREMENTSFormal Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Legal or Commerce. Registration as a Compliance Practitioner (CPrac) or Compliance Professional (CProf) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) will be an added advantage. 
Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years working experience in compliance management, legal OR forensic investigations of which 2 must have been in supervisory.

PURPOSE : To provide data capturing services to the programme by capturing all the required key data timeously and accurately; for reporting research and collecting data. Trace exited EPWP participants including other basic administrative activities.
REPORTING : PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER (PIM) 
 
REQUIREMENTS : Minimum of a Matric Certificate or equivalent. Computer literacy will be an added advantage.

BUSINESS UNIT : PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT SERVICES UNIT
 
PURPOSE :The Plant Maintenance Technicians will be primarily responsible to provide support to NDOH and provinces to develop and implement the capacity, process, and systems that will ensure the effective and safe management of oxygen at all identified health facilities.
REPORTING : PROGRAMME MANAGER
 
REQUIREMENTS : Formal Qualification: Certificate in health technology / Clinical Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering NQF Level 5. A Diploma will be an added advantage. 
Work Experience: No Experience required.
Competencies: Ability to work in a highly pressurized and challenging environment Willingness to adapt work schedule in accordance with professional requirements Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. 
Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, Can show initiative to resolve problems, A Thorough methodical and committed approach to work, Strong interpersonal skills.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Provide oxygen at selected hospitals across the country, Provide support to NDOH and provinces to develop and implement the capacity, processes and systems. Ensure the effective and safe management of oxygen at all identified facilities. Coordinate, monitor and report on all oxygen projects. Oversee the implementation of PSA oxygen plants facilities. Provide support to the implementation of PSA Oxygen plants procurement and installation, monitoring of PSA project and PSA maintenance support.
