SECRETARIAT OFFICER
JOB LEVEL : C3 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) R454,810.00 – R535,071.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
Purpose of the job 
To coordinate the flow of tasks and assignments between the Office of the Chairperson, CEO, Councillors, Executive Management and external governance committees. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Secretary, and responsibilities will include: ● Taking Minutes ● Compiling Meeting Document Packs ●Drafting and Recording Resolutions ● Coordinating Activity Schedules and Work Plans ● Managing Documentation and Records. 
 
Qualifications and Experience ● National Diploma in Administration/Law (NQF6) ● A Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Law (LLB) will be an added advantage • A minimum of 3 years Secretariat experience at Executive or Board Level ● Office Management ● Computer Literacy ● Affiliate membership of the Chartered Governance Institute of South Africa will be an added advantage
