DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER 
JOB LEVEL : C4 
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC)– R532,127.00 - R626,032.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
Purpose of the job 
To work with the Manager: Digital Marketing to implement all aspects of ICASA’s digital marketing strategy to increase ICASA brand awareness and build stronger relationships with the Authority’s stakeholders. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Digital Marketing, and their responsibilities will include: 
Strategy and Policies - Implement the digital marketing strategy and guiding policies. 
Website - Timeous updating of the website content (media statements and announcements and ensure linkages on social media platforms 
Social Media Management - Manage and maintain the organisation's social media presence across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or others. Develop social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor audience engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries. 
Email Marketing Advertising - Coordinate the Authority’s online advertising, regularly reviewing and amending keywords and ad groups to optimise performance. 
Analytics and Reporting: Utilise web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyse digital marketing performance. 
Community Management - Keep abreast of developments in the digital space. 
Content creation and design - Develop high-quality and engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, videos, infographics, etc. using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, or Canva ensuring that the graphics are on-brand, and tailored for various digital platforms. 
Collaboration – Work closely with cross functional teams to promote the use of digital marketing to promote ICASA amongst stakeholders. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● National Diploma in digital marketing, communications, brand management or equivalent (NQF L6) ● A degree in digital marketing, communications, brand management or equivalent (NQF L7) would be an added advantage ● 4 years’ work experience in digital marketing ● 3+ years’ knowledge of marketing and brand management ● Demonstrate a solid knowledge of effective social media techniques. 
 
Key Competencies and Attributes: ● Analytical thinking ● Strong writing skills with the ability to produce compelling copy ● Proofreading and editorial skills with a good eye for detail ● Strong analytical and ICT skills ● Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time ● Ability to work as part of a team and individually ● Excellent time management and prioritisation skills ● Experience in writing content for a website ● Google Analytics and SEO experience ● Experience in managing social media and related campaigns ● Experience in email, AdWords and/or display advertising campaigns ● Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate, Experience in using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, or Canva or equivalent.

RADIO FREQUENCY SPECIALIST – BROADCASTING 
FREQUENCY CO-ORDINATION 
JOB LEVEL : D1 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R741,244.00 - R926,556.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
Purpose of the job 
To conduct technical planning, analysis and processing of broadcasting radio frequency spectrum licence applications and assignments through sound engineering principles. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Broadcasting Frequency Co-ordination and their responsibilities will include: ● Radio Coverage prediction and interference analysis ● Spectrum Licensing ● Terrestrial Broadcasting Frequency Plan ● Participation in Committees ● Technological Research ● Policies and regulatory processes ● Project Management ● Stakeholder management. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (i.e., NQF Level 7) and related honours degree (NQF level 8 - e.g. Business Management/Project Management) as an added advantage ● Or related honours degree (NQF level 8 – i.e., BSc, BEng ) ● Registration with ECSA as an added advantage ● 4 – 7 Years working Experience in radio frequency planning and/or design.
