Purpose of the job
To conduct inspections and investigations at reserved and unreserved postal locations. To ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations and institute enforcement action where non-compliance has been identified. To conduct stakeholder and consumer engagements and education in the postal sector and handling postal complaints.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager: Limpopo and their responsibilities will include: ● Execute duties of postal services : Monitor compliance by licensees with license terms and conditions and license exemptions; Monitor compliance by licensees with the provisions of Postal Services Amendment Act and other relevant legislation and applicable regulations; Investigate and evaluate any alleged or suspected non-compliance with terms and conditions and legislation by licensees. Enforce postal services compliance with relevant legislation and applicable regulations Assist with reviewing the applicable legislation, regulations and license terms and conditions. ● Stakeholder relations in the postal sector : Develop, update and maintain a database of external stakeholders; Proactively identify stakeholders in a province and persuade and negotiate partnerships and synergy in the implementation of advocacy programmes; Mobilise communities for advocacy programs in consultation with external stakeholders ● Complaints Handling : Receives consumer and licensee complaints related to the postal sector; Resolves complaints where appropriate ● Compile reports : Produce monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports on SAPO and courier companies; Compile post-investigation/inspection visit reports.
Qualifications and Experience: ● Three-year National Diploma / Advanced Certificate – (NQF L6) in Finance, Commerce, Law or Business Administration ● 3 - 6 years of working experience in a compliance environment ● A non-endorsed driver's licence ● 1 years’ experience in postal services would be an added advantage ● An LLB would be an added advantage.

Purpose of the job
Analysis and Review of individual ECS, ECNS and Postal services licences, taking into account applicable legislations, regulations, licence conditions and compliance reports, which includes the following activities: assessment on the technical feasibility of applications; Transfer applications, amendment of applications, surrender of applications, renewal of applications, Conducting public hearings where applicable and make EXCO and Council recommendations on decisions; attend to queries relating to individual ECS, ECNS and Postal services licences; Conduct presentations where applicable on the ECS/ECNS/Postal licensing regime, processes and procedures and related licensing matters; ECS, ECNS and Postal licensing administration and Project Management support and Participation in inter departmental project/activities.

Purpose of the job
To administrate and maintain the supplier database and provide supplier information to the buyers. To ensure that the supplier database is maintained according to the National Treasury Regulations.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor: Procurement and their responsibilities will include: ● Compile Supplier Listing in accordance with the CSD ● Compile SBD forms for advertising ● B-BBEE and Tax Clearance Certificates - Ensure that all suppliers on the supplier listing have a valid tax clearance certificate as well as a valid B-BBEE certificate, and do checks with the relevant authority to validate the certificates before a supplier is approved ● Maintain Supplier Database on JDE - Ensure that all supplier submissions for RFQs are filed accordingly and assist in general administration functions in the buyers' office. ● Disposal Management ● General Administration and Filing ● Issue Purchase Orders and ensure compliance of service providers before issuing a purchase order.
