ECS/ECNS COMPLIANCE OFFICER

SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) R487,380.00 - R609,225.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office, Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
Assessment of ECS/ECNS Licence holders for Compliance with the applicable statutes, regulations and licence conditions to ensure adherence to the legal and regulatory framework.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager ECS/ECNS Compliance: and their responsibilities will include: ● Analysis of annual compliance information submitted by licensees for regulatory compliance ● Analysis of Adhoc compliance information for processing of Notifications, Extensions and Confidentiality requests ● Reviewing of regulations / regulatory process and recommendations on legal opinions for action ● Assisting and contributing to Council Committee projects with development of required documentation in the form of regulations, explanatory memoranda, reasons documents and findings documents including research ● Advising licensees on regulatory requirements to provide clarity on what is required for compliance purposes.
Qualifications and Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (NQF L7) ● 3 – 5 years professional experience in Finance and or Accounting ● Compliance experience will be an added advantage.
