JOB TITLE : TALENT SOURCING OFFICER (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R466,658.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office-Sandton)
POSITION STATUS : Two Year Fixed Term Contract
Purpose of the job
To perform and manage talent sourcing and its advisory services, focusing on the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled worker candidates through proactive recruitment technique, ensuring the clients manpower requirements are supplied with the best available human talent in an efficient, effective and structured manner.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Talent Sourcing and their responsibilities will include: ● Compilation of job adverts ● Placement of such adverts on applicable media ● Provide an effective recruitment advisory service to HRBPs ● Selection process, inclusive of shortlisting, interviews, competency assessment and credential verification ● Submission for nomination in terms of preferred candidate and appointment and regret letters finalisation ● Keep up to date with applicable prescripts, policies and procedures as well as new developments ● Relationship Management.
Qualifications and Experience ● Relevant Three Year Degree in Human Resources Management (NQF L7) or related fields ● 3-5 years’ HR Generalist experience ● 4-6 years working experience ● Knowledge and understanding of Talent Sourcing processes.
