JOB TITLE : SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER 
JOB LEVEL : D2 
SALARY: Total Annual Package (CTC) – R785,665.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent

Purpose of the job 
To ensure the uninterrupted and cost-efficient provision of materials, goods, works and services in terms of the Supply Chain Management Policy, National Treasury Notes and contemporary and legislative requirements. Management of procedures for disposal of redundant assets and scrap. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer and their responsibilities will include: ● Manage Section Resources ● Review and Maintain Supply Chain Management Policy and Standard Operating Procedures ● Provide Advice and Guidance to Internal Stakeholders ● Management of Procurement According the Supply Chain Management Policy ● Oversee the Administration of Contracts ● Compliance to SCM Policies and Procedures ● Disposal of Assets ● Report on Performance. 

 
Qualifications and Experience ●Honours / 4 year degree or Equivalent ● 3 – 5 Years managerial Experience ● 4 – 7 Years professional Experience ● 6 – 8 Years working Experience ● Experience in governmental Financial Systems ● Experience in Supply Chain Management Practices in Governmental organisation ● Experience as Manager in governmental organisations.
