JOB TITLE : Supervisor - Debtors
JOB LEVEL : C4
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R517,526.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
To supervise, maintain and ensure the smooth running of the unit by providing efficient and effective supervisory and support functions. Monitors daily allocation of incoming fees to all revenue streams, ensures that the prepaid and suspense accounts kept are acceptable level, ensures that all invoices are captured and collected timeously.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager Revenue, and their responsibilities will include: ● Ensure that the daily bank statement are captured, a comparison report for un-submitted remittances is kept ● Invoicing for various revenue streams ● Ensure Clearing of Prepaid and Suspense accounts ● Management of staff ●Reporting ● Ensure Transfer of Funds to National Revenue Fund ● Legislative Compliance ● Resolving audit queries.
Qualifications and Experience: ● Bachelor of Commerce Degree in (Finance, Business Studies, Accounting, Economics) or equivalent (NQF L7) ● Minimum of 3 - 5 years professional in a debtors management experience ● relevant supervisory experience ● 4 – 6 years working experience ● Database management/ MS-Access proficiency ● Excel proficiency
