POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
To gather and use performance information (PI) and knowledge to assist Senior Manager: Strategy and Programme Management in monitoring and evaluating performance of the organization to improve service delivery and enhance accountability.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Strategy and Programme Management and the responsibilities include: ● Information Management ● Internal Reporting ● Performance Information (PI) ● Finance Reporting Co-ordination ● Strategic Planning ● Research ● Policy and Procedures ● Organisational Performance Management System ● Governance and Compliance ● Capacity Building ● Projects Evaluation
Qualifications and Experience: ● Academic degree / 3 or years (NQF Level 7) or equivalent Degree in Public Management, Economics or Commerce ● 3 years Management or 4 years Specialist Experience ● 4 years relevant working experience ● Postgraduate studies in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) methods or M&E Diploma or Postgraduate Degree ● Masters degree in Monitoring and Evaluation will be an added advantage
