SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R969,786.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
To support the Internal Audit manager to execute the operational plan and to provide assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls by conducting value-adding risk-based audits in accordance with The International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (SPPIs).
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Internal Audit Manager and the responsibilities include: ● Audit Planning & Execution ● Audit project quality ● Stakeholder engagement and management ● People and talent management.
Qualifications and Experience: ● Relevant academic degree / 3 years (NQF Level 7) or equivalent Degree in Accounting/Auditing ● 8 years relevant internal and or external audit experience ● Honours Degree, CIA will be an added advantage. ● 3 years supervisory internal or external audit experience ● Advisory role to management and other stakeholders ● Experience in interacting with Audit & Risk Committees, EXCO and Senior Management ● Audit techniques (Including Team Mate) ● Knowledge and experience in GRAP ● Review of Performance Information ● Solid experience in knowledge of PFMA and Treasury regulations, ICASA Act, ECT Act.
