SALARY: Total Annual Package (CTC) – R270,589.00
REPORTS TO : Regional Manager: Northern Cape
LOCATION: ICASA (Regional Office – Northern Cape)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
To process ECN, ECNS, Broadcasting and unreserved postal services applications as well as issue pre-assigned radio frequency spectrum licenses including the maintenance of the license records database and the continuous improvement of processing applications.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager: Northern Cape, and their responsibilities will include: â— Process pre-assigned license applications including the issuing of the license â— Processing of ECN and ECNS license applications â— Processing of unreserved postal license applications â— Processing of Broadcasting services license applications â— Maintain licensing database â— Maintain a filing system â— Complaints/ queries handling and escalation.
Qualifications and Experience: â— Three year academic Diploma or relevant NQF 6 qualification â— 2-3 years in license administration â— 2-3 years in records management â— 2-3 years in complaints handling and resolution â— Proficient in MS Office â— Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (added advantage).
