JOB TITLE EXECUTIVE: CORPORATE SERVICES 
JOB LEVEL : E2 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R1,817,269.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Five (5) Year Fixed Term Contract 
 
 
Purpose of the job 
To direct, administer and coordinate a combination of corporate affairs activities in accordance with the mandate of ICASA. Lead and provide strategic direction to staff responsible for following functions and/or business units: Communications, Facilities Management and Information Technology (IT) Services.
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer and their responsibilities will include: ● Communication – Provide strategic leadership in the provision of Publications, Marketing & Branding services including editorial services, brochures, annual report & strategic plan and on-line content applications ● Stakeholder Relations (including international relations management) – Provide direction and support on media / public relations, local & international stakeholder liaison, events management and public interface ● Facilities Management – Provide a leading role in the relocations, maintenance, leases, insurances, fleet management and refreshment services 
● Security Management – Lead the provision of Occupational Health & Safety for physical and information security ● Information & Knowledge Management – Support the provision of library, records, document classification & security functions● Information Technology Services – Ensure seamless provision of Systems Administration & Security IT Infrastructure on the network, servers, telephony, ICT Systems, website, intranet and on-line applications ● Stakeholder Management – Contribute to the formulation and implementation of ICASA strategy ● Operate in collaboration with and build effective relationships with ICASA management, the EXCO Team as well as ICASA Council. 
 
Qualifications and Experience ● A Relevant Masters Degree (NQF Level 9) or Equivalent ● ● 1-3 years’ experience at Executive/ Board level ● 3-5 years Senior Management Experience ● 10 – 15 years’ experience in Corporate Services environment ● Knowledge of the International Relations protocol ● Understanding and application of the PFMA and Corporate Governance.
