CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
JOB LEVEL : C3
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R433,152.00 - R509,591.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
Administer all the contracts for ICASA. Coordinate contract drafting, maintenance of contracts and the renewal of contracts. Reconcile contracts payments and ensure that all contracts payments are executed on time and according to milestones.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor: Bids and Contracts, and the responsibilities will include: ● Contract and Service Level Agreement Drafting ● Contract Maintenance ● Contract Extension and Verification ● Contract Payment ● Compliance ● Reporting.
Qualifications and Experience: ● Diploma / Advanced Certificate in Finance/Accounting (NQF level 6) ● B.Com Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage ● 1 Year Supervisory or 1 Year Specialist Experience ● 2 Years relevant working experience will be an added advantage ● Good Knowledge of supply chain management and finance policies, procedures and related Acts (PFMA, ECA, PPPFA, B-BBEE Act, National Treasury Regulation, National Credit Act and PAJA) ● Good knowledge of GRAP, IFRS, CO Act and King 3 Report ● Be able to advise Council, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Managers, Managers, and End Users to the best use of Contract management disciplines and approaches within public entity environment.
