​The Hessequa Municipality requires the service of a suitable person in the following permanent vacancy:

 
ADMINISTRATOR: TECHNICAL SERVICES - RIVERSDALE
(Ref: T002) T10 – R301 728 to R391 642 gross salary per annum
 
Requirements: A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF6) • Computer literate • Code B drivers license • Able to communicate in two of the official languages of the Western Cape • Five years’ relevant administrative experience, preferably in a Technical environment, will serve as recommendation. 
 
Duties: Maintain the Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) • Consolidate inputs for reports • Load items for Council agendas on Collaborator • Obtain information for the Annual Report and Integrated Development Plan (IDP) • Provide administrative and secretarial support • Keep record of appointments and schedule meetings • Handle enquiries • Plan and coordinate functions • Manage the procurement of stationary and office equipment • Do research to obtain data and information • Coordinate and confirm travel and accommodation arrangements • Monitor tasks on various systems • Prepare documentation for workshops and meetings • Maintain a filing system • Monitor and report on projects.
