The successful candidate will work in the Finance Division, responsible for providing administrative support.

Duties:

  • Verifying supporting documents of invoices.
  • Process invoices on time and payments
  • Create purchase orders
  • Effectively assist with the supply chain processes
  • Compile weekly reports on invoice processing
  • Assist to compile financial statements and reports
  • Analyse reconciliations and finances
  • Manage assets and liabilities
  • Maintain clear and up to date filling system
  • Managing queries
  • Assist with other administrative duties within the department
  • Data capturing


Minimum Qualification: BCom Accounting/Finance

Stipend of R10 600.00 per month

The successful candidate will work within a small team and ensure the implementation of performance information reporting controls for compliance and submit findings to the internal stakeholders. This entails understanding and interpreting regulations and create test methodologies/procedures used to test for compliance. As our testing is primarily based on database and document analysis, extensive exposure to Excel, databases, such as Microsoft Access, and One Drive is essential. Minimum Qualification: 
  • Matric
  • BCom Internal Audit/BCom Accounting
  • BCom Honours
  • IIA (Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors)
 
Minimum Experience: 
  • A total of 5 years internal audit experience with;
  • 3 years at Junior Manager level
  • 3 years industry related experience in performance information audits and advisory environment

Duties:
  • Lead the full performance information reporting cycle by checking compliance, verifying and inspecting records in order to ensure that performance information reported is valid, complete, accurate and timeous
  • Evaluate organisational performance information procedures to guide policymaking.
  • Research applicable state laws and regulations to ensure the organisation records are compliant.
Supervise junior personnel and implement quality standards into the performance information reporting process.
  • Support transformation through valuing diversity within the team and division
  • Ensure business plan is implemented in a manner that supports operational and quality standards and meets defined divisional priorities
  • Set achievable yet challenging delivery targets/objectives and motivate the team to operate in a mutually supportive manner to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure validity and goal achievements by giving independent and objective advise
  • Ensure Quality management in all deliverables
Prepare and submit reports that reflect performance information standards results
  • Obtain, analyse and manipulate large amounts of data
  • Evaluate performance information reporting documentation, previous reports, data and flowcharts etc
  • Compile detailed reports identifying data patterns
  • Prepare and review annual audit memorandums.
Coordinate and provide direction towards seamless process and timeous performance information audits, which is void of material findings
  • Coordinate internal audits of quarterly performance information reporting both at head office and provincial offices.
  • Coordinate external audits of mid-term and annual performance information reporting at head office.
  • Analyze the results of the audit and present possible solutions for ineffective internal control practices to management.
  • Conduct risk assessments to recommend aversion measures.
  • Follow-up with management to ensure remediations are implemented into the organisations performance information practices.


Cost to Company per annum: Salary Range:  R59 545,50 pm

The Successful candidate will support in the Development of ERP programs on the ODOO Platform which is an open source platform.


Minimum Qualification: Qualification Advantageous

Minimum Experience: 

  • At least 5 years of development experience (Python)
  • Proficiency in Python, Javascript, XML.
  • Readiness to learn a new language and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix development environments is a must.
Desired skills
  • Docker and kubernetes experience
  • Sound knowledge or exposure to Odoo

Duties:
  • Application development using Odoo framework & components.
  • Bug fixing, performance optimization, production support.
  • Carrying out Odoo development activities for Customization, Code Migration, Data Migration & Import, Generating ERD Reports, Functional Test/User Acceptance Test, Automation Test & Unit Test.
  • Analyze and clarify functional specifications, write technical specifications, design technical structure of the solution, and implement business logic.
  • Work closely or in coordination with Team as needed to plan, scope, design, develop, test, implement, support, and enhance Business applications and it's features/solutions.
  • Understanding the requirements and participating in project planning by giving an estimation of the work to Team.
  • Make sure to follow the prescribed coding and development best practices to give high-quality output as per the requirement.
  • Adherence to the latest development methods like continuous deployment & integration.
  • Assess the impact of potential changes/customizations in Odoo’s core business apps, implement solutions to mitigate negative outcomes. 
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, algorithms, data-flow diagrams, layouts, user-flow diagrams, charts, code comments, and keeping code clean, readable, and optimized.
  • Must possess a strong learning curve and should be willing to learn new skills and concepts.
