PROVINCIAL MANAGER NORTH WEST (MAHIKENG)
The provincial Manager will manage the provincial office, satellite office, resources and SETA Programmes, which includes ongoing capacity building of stakeholders; Evaluation and Quality assurance; accreditation of training providers. Site visit validations and mobilising constituencies; WSP and Skills planning in the province.
Minimum requirements: Degree in Education, Training and Development and Human Resources Development. Driver’s Licence and own vehicle. 6 – 8 years’ experience in skills development environment. 5 years at supervisory level.
Remuneration: Market related

The Provincial Officer will service stakeholders in the region; providing support and assistance for all accreditation; implementing Skills Development Planning initiatives; Learnership; Engaging employers in participation for WSP activities and attend to projects.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development; Driver’s Licence and own vehicle and 4 – 6 years in Training and Development or Human Resources Development.
Remuneration: R499 621.50
