ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
1X SENIOR TEAM LEADER
(Electrical Control & Public Lighting)
(Job Id Number: 7/1/1/006)
Salary: R246 064. 80 per annum (Job level 12)
Job Purpose: To perform general activities related to the electrical infrastructure, construction, and maintenance.
Key Performance Areas: The Senior Team Leader must ensure that the daily work is done to satisfaction and to achieve the objectives of Council Monitor and supervise activities of the team, as and when allocated Monitor and supervise utilization, application and maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools, and materials. Test, Maintain and construct electrical infrastructure, as part of the municipality delivery programs handle queries in terms of electricity supply Performs driver activities using a truck to deliver tools to places of construction.
Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4), C1 Driver’s license with PRDP and Two (02) years relevant experience.

Job Purpose: To render a solid waste removal service to ensure the effective and efficient removal of solid waste from facilities (litter picking, public toilets, street, refuse, medical).

Performs administrative and human resources related activities Conduct planning, organising, leading and controlling of resources Performs driver activities using a vehicle or truck to ensure the transporting of machinery, equipment and workers to and from the workplace. Implement waste minimization strategy (rural)

The job purpose of a Librarian is to provide a library and information services.

He/she will be responsible for: ● coordinate the obtaining quotations, the ordering and payment of material ●Maintain library building, equipment (including furniture) and material (including books, magazines and newspapers.) ●process and maintain library material e.g. books, magazines, cd’s and DVD’s ●Administer library membership● Administer the issuing and receiving of library material e.g. books, magazines, cd’s and DVD’s ●Monitor the SLIMS computerized lending system when is offline.
