Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
A Relevant three (3) year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related fields
One (1) to Two (2) years relevant experience
Knowledge of Human Resource Management and Office Administration will be an added advantage
Valid Code B driver’s license
Computer Literacy (MS Word; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Outlook)
Excellent typing skills – Suitably qualified applicants will undergo a computer literacy assessment
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Knowledge of local government policies, procedures, legislation and requirements
Ability to act professionally and display a high level of confidentiality
The successful applicant / candidate must possess competencies as published in Annexure A of the Local Government: Municipal Staff Regulations promulgated in Government Gazette 45181 of 20 September 2021
Key Performance Areas:
Preparation of internal and external advertisements.
Screening and capturing applications received.
Maintaining statistical information of all recruitment processes.
Executing all logistic and administrative functions pertaining to recruitment and selection.
Assisting with the preparation of documentation for reports.
Effective data management.
Filling of all Recruitment documents in an appropriate database.
Compilation of agendas, minute taking and provision of administrative services with speed, integrity and confidentiality.
Ensuring that all HR and Recruitment information is handled confidentially.
BASIC ANNUAL SALARY: R 305 775.00 (post level 9) plus normal company benefits.
