LECTURER (PERMANENT)
Salary: R 221 355.00 per annum.PL1

Minimum requirements: An appropriate recognized Degree or National Diploma, backed by professional qualification in Education equivalent to REQV 13 Be able to teach Agri-Business (NCV) Level 2-4 Computer literacy SACE registration A valid driver’s licence may be an advantage.
Duties: Assist with the recruitment of students and manage their induction, attendance records, performance assessment and determination of training needs, discipline and placement Lecture specified subjects on the level required Ensure quality education and adherence to College and subject policies Liaise with the students, parents and employers.
COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING CLERK (CONTRACT)
Salary: R 181 599 per annum.SR5

Requirements: NC(V) Level 4 Certificate in Marketing or N6 Certificate in Marketing, Plus one year work experience in Communication and Marketing.
Competencies: Report writing skills Ability to use technology effectively Self-management Willing to work long hours Meet tight deadlines.
Duties: Pitching and writing of articles Proofread of drafts on copy for print and website Assist the Communication and Marketing Unit to prepare stories for print publication and digital-media production Collect clipping (Media Monitoring) from print media publications and data collection from online information sources Archive all the press clippings and send clipping to management weekly Take and edit photos of college events Render graphic designs for marketing and branding material Monitor and update the college website Provide administrative duties of the unit.
RECEPTIONIST (PERMANENT)
Salary: R 151 884.00 per annum. SR4

Minimum requirements: NCV L4 Office Administration or N6 Certificate in Management Assistant, Plus one year relevant experience.
Competencies: Computer Literacy MS Word, Power Point and Excel Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills innovative thinking and problem solving skills Ability to perform accurately and methodically under pressure Sound interpersonal relations and a pleasant telephone personality Good planning and organizational skills Appropriate verbal and written communication skills.
Duties: Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of caller, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments. Greet visitors/guests (internal & external) professionally, and determine their nature and purpose of visit. Direct visitors/guests (internal & external) to appropriate destination. Monitor visitors’ access. Collect, sort, distribute, file correspondence, messages and courier deliveries. Schedule appointments, maintaining and updating calendars. Create memos, reports and other documents as and when requested. Receive and resolve complaints from clients.
CLEANER (PERMANENT)
Salary: R 107 196.00 per annum.SL2

Minimum requirements: No formal qualification is required for this position, Two years’ experience working as a cleaner and knowledge with regard to the core duties may serve as a recommendation Literacy may be an advantage.
Duties: Clean the admin block, Boardroom as well as the offices Clean corridors, toilets, windows, office furnishers table and chairs Assist during the college functions with preparations of tea, water and refreshments Cater for flowers and plants inside the buildings Maintain office, Boardroom and office furniture clean all the time.
