Minimum requirements: An appropriate recognized Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6), backed by professional qualification in Education Equivalent to REQV 13 Be able to teach Life Skills and ICT NC(V) Level 2-4  Computer literacy SACE registration.

EDUCATION SPECIALIST (PERMANENT) 
Salary: 412 551.00 per annum.PL2

Minimum requirements:  An appropriate recognized Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6), backed by professional qualification in Education; plus, a three years TVET experience in the relevant subject field Be able to teach Electrical Principles and Practice Level 4 and Electro-Technology Level 4 Computer literacy SACE registration A valid driver’s licence. 
 
Duties: Assist with the recruitment of students and induction of students; verify applications on registration; facilitate general academic and career development of students; prepare and present lessons in compliance of with the Colleges annual academic plan; prepare departments and class timetable, internal and external; coordinate examination training for staff, invigilator and student; coordinate the procurement of the programmes trainings needs; provide guidance on syllabi, curriculum and learning outcomes; monitor and support lecturers teaching business studies subjects and occupational programs attend both morning and afternoon; implement and monitor policies that impact learning delivery including examination and certification of students within the department; create a conducive classroom environment and ensure efficient classroom management and discipline of students; liaise with lecturers, HOD and Student Support Officers in providing support and interventions to students; assess students, capture marks, analyse, interpret, effect appropriate remedial action and maintain the necessary ICASS records; facilitate the distribution of textbooks and students’ packs; manage and monitor staff and students’ attendance; manage and monitor student work base experience and lecturers work integrated learning; ensure smooth running of the department and submit regular reports to the HOD; conduct and chair subject/program meetings within.

Minimum requirements: An appropriate recognised Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6), backed by professional qualification in Education equivalent to REQV 13 Three years’ teaching experience in NC(V) at TVET CollegeBe able to teach Economic Environment N(CV) L2-L4, Applied Accounting N(CV) L2-L4, Financial Management N(CV) L2-L4. Computer Literacy SACE registration. Pastel will serve as an added advantage. 
 
Duties: Assist with the recruitment of students and their induction Give support to students in developing critical thinking skills Assist the Head of Division with day-to-day management duties Give professional guidance and support to lecturers Oversee assessments and moderation Perform lecturing duties as allocated Perform any other reasonable work-related duties as expected from the manager ●Manage work distribution and time tables for NC(V).
