ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: CURRICULUM OCCUPATIONAL PROGRAMME (ENGINEERING) (FIVE YEARS CONTRACT) X2
Salary: R 552 081.00 per annum.exclusive.SL10

Minimum requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Engineering. Plus three years’ experience in Project Management Environment at a supervisory level A valid Driver’s licence.

Duties: Develop the Project plan Ensure the procurement of equipment, recruiting qualifying staff and obtaining sufficient material Responsible for overseeing of projects and basic training Determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders supervise and manage human resources/staff manage projects and guide the development of skills programme Monitor specific project results to determine if they comply with relevant quality standard and identifying ways to eliminate cause of poor performance Managed overall progress of the project and ensure budget is available within schedule Assist with accreditation in occupational programmes for the whole College. Ensure that all project team member understand their role ensure project is in line with contract documents Compile claims to the SITA’s Assist with financial planning and financial control of the project.
