PROJECT CLERK (CONTRACT)
Salary: R173 703.00 p.a. benefits excluded
(Ref no. GSC31/2020), Central Office: Infrastructure and Maintenance.
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 with computer as a passed subject, Level 4 Office Administration or N6 Certificate 1 Year relevant experience will be an advantage Excellent project management skills Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, negotiation and problem-solving skills Strong administration skills Good team worker Ability to prioritise, work independently and meet deadlines Computer literacy.
Duties: Competency in conducting site measurements Must be able to compile payment certificates Sourcing of quotations Arranging of meetings, writing of minutes and filing of all project documentation Monitoring of drawing registers and quality control to ensure compliance Intake of problems from clients and suppliers
