PROJECT CLERK (CONTRACT)
Salary: R173 703.00 p.a. benefits excluded
(Ref no. GSC31/2020), Central Office: Infrastructure and Maintenance.
 
 
Minimum requirements:  Grade 12 with computer as a passed subject, Level 4 Office Administration or N6 Certificate 1 Year relevant experience will be an advantage  Excellent project management skills Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, negotiation and problem-solving skills Strong administration skills Good team worker Ability to prioritise, work independently and meet deadlines Computer literacy.
 
Duties:  Competency in conducting site measurements Must be able to compile payment certificates Sourcing of quotations Arranging of meetings, writing of minutes and filing of all project documentation Monitoring of drawing registers and quality control to ensure compliance Intake of problems from clients and suppliers
