CIEG PROJECT COORDINATOR (CONTRACT)
Salary: R 173 703.00 p.a. benefits excluded
(Ref no. DHET, GSC 01/2020), Central Office
Requirements: Grade 12, National Diploma in Accounting/ Financial Management/ Cost and Management or equivalent qualification, Computer literacy plus at least one year relevant experience.
Competencies: Report writing skills Self-management willing to work long hour’s Good computer user knowledge and experience is essential Ability to work under pressure Meet tight deadlines.
Duties: Booking of flights, accommodation and car rental for CIEG Projects staff members Procurement of goods and services on behalf of the CIEG Project while ensuring compliance with the college’s procurement policy and other relevant legislations Ensure proper records keeping of documentation for references and auditing purposes Assist with the Auditor-General external audit as well DHET internal audit of the projects Prepare monthly CIEG Projects monthly expenditure report Perform any other ad hoc duties related to CIEG Project administration.
