Internship: Finance Administrator 
Location: Sandton 
Stipend: SETA-related rates

Overall Responsibility: To provide Finance administration support services 
 
 
Key Performance Areas: 
 Keeping up to date with GDHS redemption claims 
 Capturing of data on accounting systems 
 Scanning all payment advices 
 Safeguarding of Finance files 
 Running deliveries for the finance division 
 Creating finance shopping carts on SAP 
 Maintaining document control registers for GPS, camera, pool vehicle and drone 
 Preparing files for month-end, quarterly financial statements and performance files, etc. 
 Administration of stationery requests and orders 
 Assist in asset barcode tagging 
 Assist in Reception services 
 General administration and ad hoc financial division services 
 
Minimum Requirements for the Internship Placement 
 Degree in Accounting or Financial Administration 
 Valid Driver License 
 Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
 Demonstrate ability to multi-task 
 Eager to learn 
 Attention to detail 
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
