Manage cases of children and youth in conflict with the law, preparation of court cases and oversee the allocation of cases to Probation Officers for investigation. Ensure the effective implementation and monitoring with adherence to policies and legislative mandates. Facilitate stakeholder capacity building and manage stakeholder relations. Facilitate registration and maintain database of institutions providing care and support to children in conflict with the law. Provide supervision to policy developers. Perform the administrative functions required in the unit.
