DUTIES : The Registrar will pursue a course of full-time study over four years of training. Extension of training will only be entertained in exceptional circumstances following submission of a full progress report which will be evaluated by all regulating bodies and approved based on merit. Through the course of the study, the Registrar will deliver services by undertaking treatment of patients at SMU Oral Health Centre and satellite service clinics and hospitals of the Gauteng Department.
