Attend and contribute to University, Hospital and all relevant meetings to improve clinical core, teaching and research. Provide in-patient and out-patient services to the Orthopaedics department. Organise and conduct clinical services in Orthopaedics at CMJAH. Be involved in outreach programmes within the cluster. Organise and provide lecturers and bedside teaching to under and post-graduate students. Organise, monitor and report on research. Monitor and evaluate junior staff performance on a regular basis.
