DUTIES : Ensure planning, co-ordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Quality Assurance programmes within the Health Establishment. Conduct team and individual inspections to ensure that Quality Assurance plans are implemented and that practices are according to Ideal Hospital Quality Framework and OHSC. Work with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate to the institution. Identify, facilitate and co-ordinate all Quality Improvement Plans. Conduct Patients Experience of Care Surveys daily and annually with development of Quality Improvement plans.
