GAUTENG DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
 
STUDY MEDICINE IN CUBA 2021


REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must have a University entrance Grade 12 pass with the following minimum level 4 pass marks in these subjects: Physical Science, Maths, Biology/Life Sciences and English.
• Applicants must be South African citizens and permanent residents of Gauteng.
• Must be between 18- 35 years of age before 31st December 2021, must be medically fit to study medicine.


Applicants can obtain bursary application forms from  http://professionaljobcentre.gpg.gov.za/, Gauteng HealthFacilities, District Offices and Gauteng Department of Health Central Office reception.
 
NB: Applications obtained at institutions should be strictly returned to 45 Commissioner Street.

Two (2) certified copies of the following documents must be included with the application form:
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Birth Certificate — (of applicant and all dependants of the parents)
• Identification document — (applicant and parents/guardian)
• National Senior Certificate
• Proof of income of both parents or guardians — (sworn affidavits for those without proof of income)
• Proof of residence validated by organ of the state registered e.g. Councillor, Municipality and Eskom
