NURSING ASSISTANT GRADE 1/2/3
Directorate: NURSING
Package: R 132,525.00 – R 230,307.00 per annum ((The years of service after registration at SANC will determine the grade)
 
 
Requirements
A qualification that allows registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant. Current registration with SANC and proof thereof. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in a Psychiatric and or Geriatric environment will be an advantage.
 
Duties
Assist patients with activities of daily living i.e. maintain good hygiene, nutrition and physical care. Provide elementary clinical nursing care to mental health care users. Maintain professional growth, ethical standards and self-development. Compliance with Code of Conduct. Compliance with Public Service Legislations and Regulations.
