Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification Diploma/Degree in Public Administration /Management / Social Sciences or equivalent NQF level 6/7 recognized by SAQA in Public Administration /Management / Social Sciences with a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Patient Administration. A Grade 12 or equivalent with more than 10 years s’ experience in Patient Administration. Grade 10 or equivalent with more than 10 years’ experience in Patient Administration. and A Valid Drivers’ License. Computer literacy. Supervisory experience Proven experience in Patient administration planning, internal control, development formulation of standard operating procedure, development of strategic operational plans, annual reports and other reports. Knowledge of Public Service Act and Regulations GPG and Patient Administrative policies, procedures, strategies and plans. Knowledge of Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations. Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation Principles.
 
 
Duties
Management of mortuary, Medicom Legal Casualty, Outpatients, inpatients, records, wards, Information management, management of PMDS, Management of disciplinary processes, SKILLS- Project management skills. Planning and organizing Decision-making, financial management, leadership, team development, decision making, problem solving, Report writing and general writing skills.
