RISK & AUDIT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
To render an executive management support function in the office of the Chief Executive Officer to ensure effective enterprise risk and performance management.
The role of the Risk and Audit Manager is to develop, implement, monitor, report and conduct training in relation to Freedom Park’s operational internal audit, operational risk programs and corporate compliance matters.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Ø Annual Performance Plan
Compile/revise the 5-year Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plans in accordance with Treasury Regulations for Council’s approval.
Compile accurate quarterly consolidated reports of the predetermined indicators and targets undertaken by Freedom Park that address the implementation of the strategic goals of the organization (as per approved Annual Performance Plan) for Council’s approval and submission to relevant bodies.
Analyse, verify and update performance information for reporting purposes.
Ø Annual Performance Reports
Compile and submit annual performance reports with evidence to the office of the Auditor General for audit purposes and publication in the Annual Report.
Ø Audit Reports
Coordinate the preparation of the audit file.
Develop the audit Implementation register.
Ø Enterprise Risk Management
Co-ordinate and update Freedom Park Risk Assessment annually
Submit quarterly risk reports to the Audit and Risk Committee
Analyse, verify and update risk mitigation information for reporting purpose.
Ø Stakeholder Management
Communicate relevant and important information (direct relevant notices) to all internal stakeholders in relation to the audit, risk and performance systems when required.
Ø Administration
Administer the functionality of the Cura or any software solution
Advise all users on the functionality of the relevant system in line with the Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plan of the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s in commerce, Business/Administration, or any relevant qualification. Experience in compliance and risk management will be an added advantage.

ICT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for providing ICT Strategic direction and managing ICT support functions, including:
Management of ICT Projects, Resources, Networks, Systems, and Server Infrastructure,
Management of Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity for Freedom Park and its Subsidiaries.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Information and Communication Technology Unit within the Finance Department of Freedom Park.

- Management of ICT Governance across Freedom Park functions.

- Management of Strategic and Operational ICT Risks for Freedom Park.
- Providing overall management of the ICT Department (including Human Resources).
- Positioning Freedom Park as an ICT leader in the Heritage Sector of South Africa.
- Advising the Chief Financial Officer on ICT priorities and Business continuity risks.
- Stakeholder Management in relation to ICT programs and activities.
- Ensuring compliance with the regulatory ICT Policy and Legislative Framework.
- Development and implementing of ICT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Policies and Plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in ICT/ Computer Science or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 12 years of practical experience in the ICT industry.
- Five years’ proven middle/ managerial experience.
Knowledge

- ICT service management (COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, GWEA)
- VMware environment (VLANS, Virtual Server Environment, Wireless Environment) and server management (preferably Veeam Backup Server).
- Experience in working with Wi-Fi Access Points.
- Knowledge and experience in working in virtual data centers and data replication.
- Knowledge and experience in high-end audiovisuals for digital Museum Management.
