DU TIES : The purpose of this position is to provide strategic leadership and direction on Budgeting, Financial, Accounting and Supply Chain Management practices in line with National Treasury Regulations. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Finance Cluster whilst ensuring compliance of the Department to the Treasury Regulations, the PFMA and other relevant prescripts; Provide technical advice and support to Senior and Line Managers to ensure the effective utilization of resources in line with the Strategic Objectives of the Department.
