Assist to develop standard operating procedure manuals for the call center. Extract information on calls logged and resolved. Provide technical inputs to call logged. Investigate cases that have not been resolved. Neims Assessments, Specification And Projects: Assist to provide relevant data and information for updating NEIMS and Facility Management Systems. Assist to prepare specifications. Assist to develop a bill of quantities. Assist to develop proposals on associated costs. Assist to make recommendations on quotations. Inspect maintenance work on projects sites. Verify invoices and make recommendations for payments.
