b) Senior Certificate or Post Matric Qualification
c) Reside within the municipal jurisdiction of the area of implementation: (Mangaung, Moqhaka, Matjhabeng, Metsimaholo, Dihlabeng, Malusi-a-Phofung)
 
A PRE-QUALIFICATION ASSESSMENT TEST TO BE CONDUCTED FROM THE 22nd of March.
