PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The primary purpose of this position is to fulfil the organizational objectives in overseeing the Human Resources, Operations (Facilities Management), and Marketing & Communications departments within Fasset. Developing strategies that will drive Fasset in meeting its objectives, ensuring that all necessary strategies and support operations are in place to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide strong leadership and oversee Human Resources (HR) department, and implementation of processes and policies. • Provide strong leadership and oversee Operations as it pertains to facilities management department e.g. facilities, occupational health, and safety etc in FASSET, and implementation of processes and policies. • Provide strong leadership and oversee Marketing and Communications departments. • Ensure adherence to all relevant prescripts within the responsible departments. • Responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures. • Oversee and monitor MOU’s/ SLAs with all appointed service providers. • Stakeholder Management and compliance management • Development and Performance management of staff.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Qualification
▪ Degree /B Tech in Business Management, in Human Resources Management or Public Management
▪ Master’s Degree qualification will be an added advantage
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential:
▪ At least 8 -10 years’ relevant experience at a senior level within the Public Sector environment.
▪ Experience in the corporate services environment preferable in the public sector.
• Experience and exposure in dealing with Labour Partners such as the unions and Bargaining Councils

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF POSITION
Fasset requires applications for a Permanent position of a Director: Corporate Services to join the existing team as soon as possible.
SALARY
The salary range to be offered for this position is E-Lower.
