To provide technical support where it is noted that the TQFSM system is lacking to provide the required assurance. To provide support to the Group Technical Manager as and when required and execute any specific projects allocated to you.
 
Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Verification of the Business Unit TQFSM systems through a rigorous internal audit and assessment programme.
  • Review of system records, trend analysis and corrective and preventative action.
  • Training of staff on food safety and quality as required.
  • Management of the Supplier Quality Assurance system.
  • Management of Recalls as required.
  • Manage the SANHA approval process.

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing industry in a QC / QA role.
  • Experience in a food safety team management role
  • Experience in the implementation and management of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems based on the requirements of latest version of FSSC 22000.
