Duties & Responsibilities
- Verification of the Business Unit TQFSM systems through a rigorous internal audit and assessment programme.
- Review of system records, trend analysis and corrective and preventative action.

- Suitable tertiary qualification – Degree / National Diploma in Food Science or Technology and / or related qualification with the focus on food safety & quality.

- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing industry in a QC / QA role.
- Experience in a food safety team management role
- Experience in the implementation and management of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems based on the requirements of latest version of FSSC 22000.
