OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
To manage and provide a comprehensive Estate Agency Registration Service by developing and implementing plans, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient registration in terms of the Fidelity Fund Certificate, and exemptions in accordance with the provisions of the Estate Agency Affairs Act "the Act" as amended.
To manage the quality of service and performance delivered by Licensing Department and ensure implementation of operational processes. Regular communication and review sessions, measures to obtain feedback regarding the quality of the services delivered by Licensing Department and performance reviews in line with the rest of the EAAB to ensure an effective, professional and competent service.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
• Relevant degree or business diploma
• 5 years Proven track record with previous experience in legal management experience of which at least two has been in a management position.
• Previous experience in debt collection and litigation will be an advantage
• Good understanding of business operational systems,
• Good management skills and interpersonal skills.
• Business Acumen and industry knowledge
• Operational processes and procedures
• Some knowledge of examination and assessment of qualification
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the effective and efficient FFC registration processes.
• Ensure the effective record management process of registration related documentations information.
• Manage the deregistration process of entities.
• Optimisation and management of the Registrations Department operations
• Manage the provision of an efficient and effective client's query resolution on registration related matters.
• Financial and Budget Management




Preference will be given to candidates whose appointment will enhance representivity.
