EXECUTIVE MANAGER: TRANSFORMATION (HEAD OFFICE)
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
To implement the EAAB Board and the Property Sector Charter Transformation mandate. To lead and direct the transformation of the Real Estate Industry by developing, implementing and monitoring the Real Estate transformation strategy and ensure compliance with legislative requirements and alignment to the business strategy. Ensure that the industry is representative of all South Africans and that previously disadvantaged communities are given an opportunity and support to make a meaningful contribution in the Industry previously dominated by the few South Africans.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
• A Masters degree or post-graduate qualification in project management will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 5 years in a transformation, policy development and implementation environment at a similar level.
• A proven track record within a broad business area with specific exposure to leading and implementing business / transformational programmes with results and impact.
• Sound understanding of the Real Estate environment.
• Exceptional Transformation management knowledge.
• Knowledge and understanding of EAAB and SA legislative context where it impacts on Transformation.
• Emotional intelligence, leadership, values and integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, implement and monitor Real Estate Industry Transformation strategy.
• Drive and support organisation development and change interventions that support diversity and overall engagement.
• Ensure Legislative compliance.
• Participate and drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders about initiatives and progress in implementing the Industry Transformation plan.
• Advise and support, EAAB and ail other stakeholders in undertaking Transformation projects.
• Optimise Business Performance.
• Project Management
• Effective financial planning, sourcing of funding and management of business transformation budgets
• Sound understanding of the Real Estate environment.
• Exceptional Transformation management knowledge.
• Knowledge and understanding of EAAB and SA legislative context where it impacts on Transformation.
• Emotional intelligence, leadership, values and integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preference will be given to candidates whose appointment will enhance representivity.
