Minimum Requirements
  • N6 Hospitality Certificate.
 
Post Description
  • Orders (compiling and placing orders);
  • Stock taking (food and equipment);
  • Store keeping, issuing ingredients;
  • Nutrition and menu planning;
  • Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations;
  • Cooking food for crèche;
  • Liaising with suppliers;
  • Generating quotations;
  • Assist with / plan functions;
  • Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date;
  • Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date;
  • Supervise students during functions, restaurant days.

​FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Temporary (18 Months)

Minimum Requirements
  • N6 Financial Management.
 
Post Description
  • Handing out of DoE bursary forms and Schedule of Particulars (SoP) to applicants;
  • Explain to the applicants the required documents they need to submit with their applications;
  • Keep record of students who have applied and submitted their applications with the required documents;
  • Follow-up on returns from SSS-CC or NSFAS;
  • Attend bursary meetings;
  • Make copies of required documentation in relation to DoE bursary administration at the campus;
  • Work on transport/accommodation claims of the students who have been awarded DoE bursaries for submission to SSS-CC and keep record thereof;
  • Check against the checklist that the applicant has completed all the fields and has submitted the necessary documentation;
  • Inform the students about the due date for submission of completed forms and SoP.

​INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINEE

Temporary (18 Months)
Reference: GERMT/08/2025
Campus: Germiston

Stipend: R4326.00 per month.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • A+ or N+ or;
  • Information Technology & Computer Science Level 4.
 
Post Description
  • Make recommendations for ordering of computer parts as needed;
  • Loading of software, internet installations and maintenance;
  • Assist offices at campus or head office with network operations;
  • Basic repair to printers or make recommendation for repairs;
  • To assist with the maintenance of the administration unit computers and printers on campus or head office;
  • To assist with maintenance of network in administration offices or head office;
  • To maintain the staff workstation and all computers and printers in offices on campus or at head office;
  • To attend to any computer related requirement as requested by campus management.
