Post Designation: Post Level 1: Mathematics & Physical Science Lecturer (Permanent)

Minimum Salary: R256 395 – R410 565 per annum, plus benefits.
Educational Requirement:
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric);
- Diploma/Degree Bachelor of Maths & Science or Equivalent;
- TVET Education Lecturing Qualification.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of zero to one (0-1) years’ experience in the TVET sector;
- Registered with South African Council for Educators (SACE);
- Moderator and Assessor certificate will be an added advantage;
- Drivers licence will be an added advantage.
Post Description:
- Physical Science L2 – L4;
- Mathematics L2 – L4.
Duties:
- Engage in Learning/facilitation as per Workload;
- Assess (Practical tasks) and record the Performance of students;
- Manage a Learning program, develop policy for the Program;
- Provide guidance on the latest Developments on approaches to the Program.

Support Staff Positions
Post Designation: Supply Chain Clerk
Reference Number: EWC 20/2024.
Seven (7) Months Contract (01 November 2024 to 31 May 2025)
Salary Range:
- R216 417 – R254 928, per annum (SL 5), plus 37% in lieu of benefits.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12);
- At least 6 Months - 1 year experience in supply chain and asset environment;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Recognised National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Supply Chain/Logistics/Public Management or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Duties:
- Render asset management clerical support;
- Compile and maintain records of all assets, including acquisition, disposal and depreciation;
- Barcoding of new assets;
- Inventory control: conduct regular inventories and reconciliations to ensure that physical assets match recorded data;
- Keep track of condition and maintenance schedules of assets to ensure optimal use;
- Identify redundant, non-serviceable and obsolete equipment for disposal;
- Preparing reports on assets status and financial implications for management and audit purposes;
- Collaborating with other departments to facilitate asset transfers, disposal and acquisition;
- Render clerical support;
- Update and maintain supplier (including contractors) database;
- Register suppliers on data base;
- Provide secretarial or logistical support during the bid consideration and contracts conclusion process.
