  • Information Technology (IT) Trainee.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • IT NCV Level 4 or Comptia A+ or N+.
 
Duties
  • Basic repairs to printers or make recommendations for repairs;
  • Network configuration and maintenance;
  • Installation of printers;
  • Reset student passwords;
  • Make recommendations for ordering of computer parts as needed;
  • Rendering customer service;
  • Assist offices at campus or head office with network operations;
  • Loading software;
  • Issuing student cards.
 
Date of Commencement
  • As soon as possible.

  • Human Resource Administration Clerk.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12;
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resource Administration;
  • Valid driver's license will be an added advantage;
  • ITS and PERSAL Knowledge will be an added advantage.
 
Duties
  • Administer recruitment, termination, condition of service, leave and absence management and pension process;
  • Capture pension on PCM system (Pension Management System);
  • Guide and advise staff members on Human Resource related matters as required;
  • Disseminate and communicate reports;
  • Submit reports to management regarding Human Resource matters as required;
  • Administration and capturing of termination, leave forms, on PERSAL;
  • Ensure that new employees induction takes place;
  • Ensure that job description and financial disclosures are submitted to HR yearly;
  • Update Human Resource Information system;
  • Submit all documents for filling to Registry;
  • Contribute to new Human Resource policy making.

Duties
  • Facilitate the placement of students;
  • Conduct job readiness training programmes;
  • Maintenance of employer and student placement database;
  • Develop quality electronic report and statistics;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of work placement practices;
  • Conduct work based assessments for students;
  • The incumbent will be responsible for:
    • Provide student support services;
    • Provide student counselling or referral services;
    • Implement student work placement and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) policies;
    • Provide career guidance, counselling and academic support for students;
    • Implement the sport, recreation, arts and culture programs for student in the campus;
    • Facilitate student governance and student leadership development and exit support programme.
