Requirements: An appropriate Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the post. A relevant post-graduate degree/qualification will be an added advantage. At least 5 years 'relevant work experience; Advance knowledge of the WET College Sector as well as applicable policies and procedures; The incumbent must have good knowledge of most or all of the following, Student Support Services; Student Registration; ITJTVETMIS Management of Examination; technical knowledge of learner management system; Advanced computer literacy- Microsoft applications; The incumbent must possess the following skills and abilities; strategic planning skills; good organizational skills, Good interpersonal relations skills; Good communication skills and ability to form networks; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A valid driver's license.
Duties: Oversee the planning and implementation of Student Support Service including functions of the SRC; Oversee the planning and implementation of student registration and examination functions at the College. Oversee student placement activities, establishment of the Alumni, Management of Administrations of NSFAS and development of Tracer-Studies. Responsible for IT/FETMIS management and data analysis; General managerial duties including the supervision of staff in the division; reporting; attendance of meetings (internal and external). The incumbent will be responsible for online applications and will be expected to travel on a frequent basis to meetings and functions and between campuses.

Duties: Managing of office(s), Coordinating diaries, Information Processing(e-mail, meeting correspondence); Filing; Arranging meetings; Taking minutes, Typing and distribution of minutes, Assisting with collecting and organising information, Typing of proposal and programs , Policies and any other relevant material; Dealing with requisitions and invoices for the Executive Management; Managing Management Diary; Dealing with telephone enquiries and ensures that messages reach the executive managers.

Duties: Ensuring effective and professional switchboard operation and reception service to staff members, learners and members of the public (internal and external). Assisting with all office administrative work as directed to ensure that operations are accurate and effective. Answering and screening income telephone calls promptly and professionally. Managing the reception desk effectively and professionally. Direct calls to relevant officials and give relevant information as requested. Taking and distribute messages effectively and comprehensively, record, organise, store, capture and retrieve information related to work. Controlling access to management offices. Duties: Providing information desk services and First Aid Services , Promoting awareness of Financial Aid available at the college, Arranging induction events, Ensuring implementation of students wellness programmes at campus level, Arranging social functions for learners with the SRC, Facilitate student involvement in community projects, Assisting with student discipline and job placement, responsible for class representative and SRC elections and training processes as well as mentoring and counselling services, Ensuring sound relationships between the SRC and class representatives, Responsible for SRC budget at campus level, Curriculum Vitae support for students and interview workshops, Attending Sports, Arts and Culture meetings and Ad minister all bursaries.
