PROGRAMME MANAGER: FUNDAMENTALS (PL2)
Salary: R347 703 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements: An appropriate Degree/Diploma backed by professional qualification in education equivalent to REQV 13. 3 years' experience as a lecturer/ teacher/ educator is a prerequisite. Sound knowledge of theory and practical in the relevant field. Registered with SACE. Sound communication skills and computer literacy. Practical experience in the specific aspects of the subject field as well as the ability to do practical training will be an added advantage. A valid driver's licence.
 
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Sound knowledge of CET Act, Act No. 16 of 2006 and any other relevant legislations. Good interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills and Analytical skills. Classroom management skills. Supervisory skills.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Head of Department with the management of all academic matters within the advertised subject area. Control and monitor class registers. Prepare lessons. Conduct teaching and manage learning in a classroom/practical centre. Supervise classes. Prepare and mark subject related assessments. Prepare progress reports. Use innovative methods in the delivery of teaching and learning. Organise, prepare and conduct workplace or simulated experiential learning for students. Perform other relevant duties in the context of teaching and learning. Be accountable for performance of students in the subject taught. Assist Campus Manager with the management of all academic affairs in the relevant Department/programme. Supervise staff. Schedule duties. Manage performance of staff. Attend Campus Management Meetings. Carry out class visits. Schedule and coordinate meetings. Assist in the development of staff training programmes, skills training, assessments and moderation. Plan and organise academic tours.
 
 
 
 
 
 
HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION (SL7)
Salary: 8257 508 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements: A National Diploma in Business Administration / Public Management Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification. 3 year experience in administration or in a related field. Presentation skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Computer Literacy. Problem Solving Skills. A valid driver's licence. ITS experience will be an added advantage.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Human Resource administration services. Process staff leave applications of staff. Co-ordinate Performance Management. Provide Finance administration services. Facilitate requisitions of goods, orders and payments. Facilitate the requisition of cheques for the Campus. Ensure facilitation and processing of the student's refunds. Provide academic administration services.
Prepare, monitor and report on registration. Monitor the capturing of students marks & absenteeism. Facilitate the examinations process in line with examination policy. Provide Estate and Facilities administration services. Facilitate collection she bins. Facilitate pest control. Provide supervision to the IT Services. Provision of administrative support and compliance with College Policies and procedures.
 
 
 
 
 
SENIOR ADMINISTRATION CLERK: REGISTRATION (SL5)
Salary: 8211 098 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements: A National Diploma in Management Assistant /Business Management or Postgraduate certificate in Education (PGCE) qualification. 1-year experience in administrative environment or relevant field. In-service training experience is permissible. Good written and verbal communication skills. Drivers licence will be an added advantage.
 
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of administrative procedures. Management of ITS. Interpersonal skills. Good teamwork skills. Accuracy in preparing and typing information. Ability to work under pressure. Candidate must be professional, respectful, reliable, honest, ethical, maintain confidentiality, be proactive and have the ability to work independently.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: Enrolling student into College MIS. Capturing of enrolment forms for new and returning students. Printing students invoice and proof of registration. Allocation of class and group. Filing and updating records. Filing student's absenteeism according to lecturers and class group. Filing students test and assignments according to lecturers and class group. Arranging of files in an alphabetically order and class group after registration, Capturing of marks into MIS. Capturing of student attendance. Capturing of students test and assignments. Printing of students' progress reports. Handling of students and outside stakeholders enquires. Handling telephone queries. Providing of deposit slip with account numbers for registration fee. Assist with students queries regarding test marks. Provide administrative duties. Submission of quarterly performance assessment to the supervisor. Comply with the DHET and College policies and procedures.
