REGIONAL MANAGER MTHATHA
GRADE 17 (TCTC PACKAGE)
This position is responsible for managing the ECDC regional office, staff and stakeholder relations within the designated region; must develop business within the region by liaising with all the departments in ECDC and report to the Executive on progress of KPI’s, projects and initiatives.
 
 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Performance Areas will encompass the management and delivery of the Regional Office functions in all areas of development finance and non-financial support to SMME’s, property management and development, promotion and trade and investment and stakeholder management. Key performance areas and targets include the following deliverables:
a. Property management and development of the ECDC property portfolio
b. Oversee and implement property and infrastructure and Development Projects
c. End to end processing of development funding to SMMEs
d. Enterprise Development support
e. Research and Innovation
f. People Management of the regional office and satellites
g. Efficient operations management
h. Effective stakeholder management
 
QUALIFICATIONS
a. Post graduate qualification in finance;
b. A qualification on property development and management will be an added advantage.
c. Minimum of 8 years related experience of which 3 years as a Senior Manager, preferable in a financial/ property management services environment.
